Our Services allow users to set up chat-bots for communication. During these conversations, personal, sensitive, or confidential information may be revealed. The responsibility for the content of these conversations lies with the participants. To function properly, chat-bot data is analyzed by our AI models. Users, clients, and affiliates must check data for confidential or sensitive information before using our Services. If checking is not possible, we treat all data as confidential and minimize human interaction.
We implement safeguards, including automatic pseudonymization, for any personal or sensitive data revealed during chat-bot conversations. If you provide third-party personal information, you must have explicit consent from that person and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
